Aespa has debuted with two English singles , their only two full english songs since debuting in 2020. Today we are going to be comparing the two and talking about which one I prefer more. Let’s get into it….

Life’s too short was a very sassy single about not paying attention to the haters and choosing to rise above. The single came fresh after the girls had been receiving loads of compliments about their lack of stage presence and energy. The girls sang so beautifully about not caring and still living their dream life. And the haters need to get a life.( No seriously that’s a lyric in the song). It was a solid first English debut and the girls looked so adorable.

Better Things was released this summer and has quickly become my one of my favorite singles of theirs. A song about breaking up with a partner and realizing you don’t need them, never really liked them, and you’ll be better off. Same sassy tone of Life’s too short but different circumstances.

So which English debut did I enjoy more??

Better Things is the Winner!!

I will simply never get tired of this song and love it so much. Definitely my favorite of the two singles and they’ve grown so much in between the two.

My ultimate wish would be a full English album, only because I know they would kill it .
