
Welcome Back to AsToldByShanise! And happy Sunday ! We are finally in July and it’s as hot as ever. I’ve decided for this month of July , that it would be a recharge and reset month.
I started at the end of June, but I’ve been focusing more on my mental and physical healthy going forward! I’ve started working out 5-6 days a week and I’m back to reading ! Which is something I’ve been meaning to get back into for years since COVID ended. I’m also looking to get back into vlogging and journaling !
I’ve started drinking more water and have decreased the amount of alcohol and junk food i put into my system daily .
I’m very excited to just relax this month and get myself back on track!
