Off first listen …

1. Spell

Performed by the performance team and instantly became one of my favorite seventeen songs. It’s just so simple , smooth , and sensual! It’s like woozi just knows which team will sound good on which song. and they completely devour it! The vocals are so insane!!!

2. Lalali

Performed by the hiphop unit and I could tell from the teasers this was going to be a bop! As usual Vernon opens the song and kills it. the beat in the chorus is so infectious. That second verse with coups and WONWOO is absolutely nuts!!

3. Maestro

Performed by all 13 members and honestly I’m not surprised I love this single! Seventeen always have great attention grabbing singles and this one is no different! And woozi did a commentary today where he explained each track and why certain songs were picked. And maestro was combined from some old seventeen songs and I thought that was very clever and so cool.

The only song I haven’t connected with yet is the vocal unit song. As usual I always come around to their songs later and they end up being some of my favorites. They just take a while to grow on me.

I know I’ve been saying this all day but I really am so proud of my boys! And if this is the last album we get before they start to enlist , I would be happy!
