Welcome Back to the blog and today we will be discussing some of the recent Holiday films I’ve seen. Let’s get into it….

Honestly wasn’t a fan, but I’ve seen it’s currently number 1 on Netflix and people have been loving it. Taron is absolutely amazing and so convincing, but something about the entire film just felt off to me. At times it felt a bit silly and I was dying laughing. And it’s not even close to being a comedy. Maybe I need to rewatch it and see if my opinion changes. Definitely a very interesting plot.

Felt rushed but I also liked how it got straight to the point. I love a good Christmas ensemble chaos movie. And it was definitely chaotic! Lindsey is literally glowing and I’m loving her becoming the new Netflix Christmas Queen. Liked the plot and decent acting. Just wanted more CHAOS.

Literally haven’t seen this movie in so long and forgot how amazing it is! Christmas movies from the late 90s-2000s just seemed so much more magical. Definitely a staple Christmas movie at this point!

Even more chaotic than the first one and genuinely so hilarious! Loved how this movie introduced the aspect of him needing to find Mrs. Claus or he would no longer be able to be Santa. Plastic Santa was insane and so much fun to watch !!

I have A Lot of issues with this film, that will require a longer review. But for now I just didn’t like it!! I love Kristen Stewart and Mackenzie Davis, but this film was so problematic. And I’m tired of seeing completely white queer movies at this point . But loved the chaos of the family’s dynamic. That literally saved this movie for me.

Every year I try and sometimes FAIL, to watch Christmas movies and get in the spirit!! But I’ve been feeling very jolly these last few days and I’m binging every single holiday movie I can before Wednesday!
