Tim burton❤️☠️

In honor of spooky season🎃 here are my absolute favorite Tim burton films. Tim burton is always the move in October!!. What’s your favorite Tim burton film?!

Scariest people in horror history 🎃

Here’s my top scariest horror icons. Keep in mind this is my (OpInIon). 🔈

  1. Orange man- he’s ruining our country.
  2. Jeepers creepers- he comes back every 23 years for 23 days to eat/kill. no matter how many times you kill him.
  3. Pennywise- he’s a demon clown who Prays on you and your fears .
  4. Freddy Kruger – also prays on your fears but while you’re sleeping. Need I say more?!
  5. Leather face- although he stays in Texas, still highly disturbing and horrifying.
  6. Michael Myers- has no motive and literally dies every movie and still comes back to kill everyone and everybody for no reason at all. He’s straight ruthless.

In the tall grass

When I first heard about this film I was kinda of interested but kind of not. It just didn’t make any logical sense as to why anyone would hear screaming from a field of “tall grass” and run into it and try to help. But I guess if everyone just called the cops first then we wouldn’t have a film. To say this movie was highly disturbing would be a understatement. The movie follows a brother and sister on a road trip, who while driving by hears cry’s of help from the tall grass . The brother and sister then are lured into the grass and all its sinster secrets it holds. Overall the film was pretty good. I haven’t read the book so I don’t know if they did it justice or not. But as a Stephen king fan I can say it was very weird and disturbing and disgusting, so they must have done something right. There’s plenty of “omg wtf” scenes but one scene in particular that has stayed with me since watching it Saturday. And let’s just say it gave me straight mother/Jennifer Lawrence vibes. I give in the tall grass 8/10. Patrick Wilson was AMAZING and plays a creepy scary asshole too well. The other acting was alright compared to his. In my opinion he carried the whole film. I would watch it again but maybe skip over certain parts.

IT: chapter 2

It’s only taken me a month and seeing this film twice for me to write a total NON bias review. To start things off: I LOVED THIS FILM( almost as much as the first). It was the perfect follow up to the first film. The adult actors were PERFECTLY casted. And it was almost uncanny seeing how much they copied the mannerisms of the younger cast. The acting was brilliant and I was surprised to leave the theater feeling so full of emotion and heartbroken. This film left me so sad. Which is weird , because I know it’s supposed to be a “horror film ” but I just didn’t find it scary at all.🤷🏾‍♀️ I mean there were some scary jump moments don’t get me wrong. But it was much more funnier and heartbreaking than scary. I DID not like the graphics and how the monsters or the adult losers fears looked. It looked so cgi and fake I couldn’t help but laugh. I wished they would have used more practical effects instead. It totally takes you out of the moment because it looks so CHEESY. They also cgied pennywise way to much in this film for my liking. Like it wasn’t necessary at all. Overall it was still a great end to pennywise and a great follow up film. Bill skarsgaurd is amazing. And I would love to see him in more big roles. ( and I’m also down to see him as the joker or any other villain in this new Batman). Bill hader totally surprised me as Richie. I knew he could bring the comedy but I was shocked when he brought the drama and made me cry so hard. Everyone did amazing. I don’t think anyone outshined anyone. They all played their parts BEAUTIFULLY. Shout out to Stan the man for breaking my heart 15 mins into the film. Also the homophobic opening scene was hard to watch and unsettling. But perfect to open the film. I give this masterpiece a 5/5. We will let the cheesy graphics slide because everything else was AMAZING.

Pennywise vs Freddy

remember some years ago that fim(Freddy vs Jason) that we’d all like to forget? Well I personally think they should have done a Freddy vs pennywise. Think about it, they’re some of the most iconic and scary horror icons out there. They BOTH operate on using your mind to scare you. And using your deep darkest fears against you. They also use jokes and belittle you while trying to kill you. And… they don’t kill you right away… they play with you awhile then BAM… you’re dead. So who’s the strongest and scariest?! Who would win in a battle?! Who would you rather fight?! Pennywise vs FReddy Kruger and GO🎙

Who’s the better pennywise 🤡

by now we’ve all seen both interpretations of mr pennywise the dancing clown. So in your opinion who’s the best PENNYWISE 🤡? I have to go with bill Skarsgard 🤷🏾‍♀️ the acting was just AMAZING. And he completely embodies pennywise. Granted mr. curry laid out the amazing groundwork for bill and made us all afraid of clowns in the 90s. There’s just something about bills pennywise that’s unnerving. Out of the two I would be more afraid of bill than curry. Whats your thoughts?

    MA review

(LONG DRAMATIC SIGHHHHHH) where to stare with this film. First things first the acting from all parties were amazing and almost saved this movie. Second the film started off so strong and had many scenes were I was excited to see where we were going only to find we were going nowhere. The premise of this film is a bunch of teenagers befriend a odd lonely lady they nickname “MA”. They start partying with her after she continues to buy alcohol for them. They then of course start to notice something might be off about MA, but not enough to stop them for partying in her creepy basement. One of the MANY things that annoyed me about this film was the parents!! None of them noticed their kids were partying with MA until towards the end of the film. And I’m assuming this film was supposed to take place over a couple of months. So that is worrisome in itself. Another things that bothered me was her “kills”. Now not every kill needs to be some big Hollywood saw type thing. But her kills were made to be like normal. Like hey I just ran over a lady and kiddnapped a man. No biggie. The ending SUCKED. Like every creepy thing they had to offer in film we saw in the trailer. And that one scene with all the teens towards the end( where they all SURVIVED) was just so lackluster. They could have done SO much more with the ending and this film entirely! But decided to play it super safe. Maybe the pg13 rating stopped them from going there. Or maybe we’ve become so used to gory and jump scares that we don’t like horror films without them. Any way you put it this film could’ve went straight to Netflix. I give it 3 out of 10, and that’s just for the acting alone. I would watch it again but just to watch it or have on in the background for Halloween or something. I’m glad I didn’t go see this is in theaters.

    After we collided is here!

After was the biggest indie-romance film of 2018!! ( take that haters and doubters). So it was only natural and right that we get our sequel: after we collided . And it seems Ana has heard the fans cry’s and paid attention to how disappointed we were in the MANY small but BIG changes that were made to our film. Changes that made NO sense really. So now we have a script written by miss Ana Todd herself, an rated r film and a new director. Our new and better fearless leader is the one and only Roger Kumble. He directed pretty little liars and 90s hit cruel intentions!!!!! So let’s just say we’re in for a TREAT. And we have been treated to a bunch of behind the scenes photos and videos already. AND we have our Vance, smith and trish! And Caroline forbes herself is playing KIMBERLY!!!!! They also recasted ken and Karen. But they had minor parts in after that it doesn’t really matter. And the recasting fits much better for this film. Hero and Josephine and the rest of the young cast are still around though not to worry. After we collided is my favorite of the series so I’m SUPER excited!!!! We’ve gotten major upgrades in every department, so here’s to a number one film in the world for 2020. Here’s also hoping this one saves the first one which didn’t do our book justice.
