Welcome Back to the Blog! Today we will be discussing Thunder, Seventeens brand new single off their upcoming album!

Let’s get into it….

Thunder off first listen , I was a little worried. It would be the first time I haven’t liked or clicked with a Seventeen single right away. And in all honesty, that’s okay. You’re not gonna like every single song your favorite artists release. Especially when they are constantly evolving and trying new things.

But of course as the bridge and chorus came in, I was addicted! And woozi has once again made a HIT. It’s something different and a song that doesn’t sound like any other song out in kpop right now. It’s definitely a fun song and I can hear it being played in a club or remixed into a party playlist !

The song is perfect for the summer nights and I LOVE THIS ENTIRE CONCEPT! The whole punk rock-emo concept suits the boys so well. And I believe this is one of their first times fully trying it out. They look amazing in the video and I’m so happy we have blonde woozi/ Jun back!!

I give Thunder 4/5, and only because I need just a few more listens to get fully invested into it. But I’m loving it already!
