This morning I woke up to such shocking news it ruined my entire day!! I wanna start this off saying I 100% stand with all the victims and I will no longer be supporting Taeil.

Taeil was one of my ult Nct biases and he’s now being charged with sexual assault of some sort and has been immediately fired from Nct and SM! Knowing SM is a company that takes their time and try’s to play devils advocate when it comes to their idols , this was shocking to see how fast they moved on reporting the news and letting him go! Which is obviously a sign that we don’t even know what kind of evil things he’s confessed too.

The entire fandom is in a collective meltdown and people who biased him are hurt the most. Someone we put our trust and love in, who appeared as this sweet and simple talented man., is an actual monster.

All the members have unfollowed him and it had raised the questions of who else in Nct knew?! There’s over 20 members and they’ve spent so much time over the last 7-8 years together, and they’re all so fond of him and it just seems so unlikely NONE of them knew.

When the Lucas situation happened a few years back, I knew deep down we had to separate ourselves from these idols and kpop in general! It just gets hard when real life is tough and kpop is so easily made for people like that! That literally profit off us being mentally ill and needing “comfort” of some sort. This is a shock but not so much , as he’s still just a man!!

There’s is also an ever growing scandal going on in South Korea dealing with sexual assault and the rise of it, and apparently a LOT OF HUGE IDOLS are a part of it. I fear this is just the beginning of the scandals and idols who get outed and I’m just trying to brace myself!

Reminder we really don’t know these idols and who they portray is what their company has trained them to be! It’s just disappointing that a lot of these male idols don’t seem to be decent people in general! It breaks my heart because I absolutely adored taeil and his talent . But this has opened my eyes completely! It’s left such a bad taste in my mouth I’m finding it hard to support the rest of Nct, with this being the second member of this group to be in trouble for the same sort of thing!

This is not hate to the other members, but I feel like SM needs to do a full background check on the rest of the members to be sure! If not… this will be the end of NCT. There is zero excuse to treat women or people in general this way and I can’t in good conscience support a group like that.

I was even seeing the dreamies in September, but this has messed me up so bad I don’t even want to go until this whole mess it’s fully delt with! I also am finding it hard to fully support my other boy groups now! I know not ALL men, but so far… it’s Most of them!! And it’s always the ones you least expect!!

This is a safe space for all NCT FANS AND OLD TAEIL FANS!! I’m just as disappointed and hurt! But we can’t continue to support this toxic industry and their idols! They need to held accountable!!
