Happy Sunday and Welcome back to the blog!! Today we will be discussing Perrie’s upcoming debut album titled , PERRIE!

Let’s get into it….

First things first, her debut album cover is STUNNING! She looks unreal and I LOVE that she’s named her album PERRIE. As we will hopefully get an album that is showcasing all that Perrie has to offer!

Perrie recently sat down for an interview and said she wasn’t happy with her last few singles and she went back into the studio to redo her album. Now I’ve been a fan of music and artists for a long time. And I’ve been a little mix girlie from the start, that’s usually code for , “ the label wasn’t happy with the lack of success of the singles chosen. And I need to go back to the drawing board .” However it went, I’m happy that was decided. I’ve made it clear no matter how much I ADORE Perrie and how talented and beautiful she is, I’ve not been a huge fan of her solo era. Out of the 3 girls, she seems to be having the hardest time finding her footing with her music and being a solo pop star.

I was very excited for IF HE WANTED TO HE WOULD. It was a step in the right direction and I hope this is what the new album will sound like. This single and forget about us, does really suit her aesthetic. So I just hope she leans more into this type of music while also delivering those heartfelt ballads she’s so good at! I’m hoping her album has at least 2-3 ballads!

I’m not sure if all the previous singles will be included in the album or if she scrapped the entire thing. We will just have to wait and see.
