Welcome Back To the Blog! Today we will be revisiting one of my favorite albums to be released this year, and naming a few New favorites! Let’s get into it…
- Intro: Wall to Wall- it’s such a great opening song and everyone gets to shine. From the vocal line to the rap line, no star is left dimmed. Of course mark was a stand out to me in this song and he absolutely demolished it!!
- Raindrop- one of their sexiest songs… ever! Everyone sounds so good on it and it’s definitely giving mature Nct. Which is funny because they’re all literally middle to late 20s! They’re GROWN!!!
- Pricey- this song I did put on my original Walk favorite list but as a bonus favorite. She’s officially on the list as an original now. She’s just too good NOT to make it!
In general I loved this entire album! It makes me sad how overlooked it’s been, and I know it’s because it’s a mostly R&B/hiphop influenced album. Which surprises me because NCT as a whole has a lot of their discography with hiphop and R&B inspired music.
With each listen I adore and obsess over how good this album and comeback was!! Even with all the drama , it still came out on top ! And has gone triple platinum in my household!
