Recent Horror

It’s finally the weekend and after a busy week I’m so looking forward to doing absolutely nothing! Here are the few horror films I’ve watched lately.
. I know what you did last summer
It’s crazy watching movies you grew up with and realizing it really wasn’t that scary at all and the acting was mid. And it’s kind of silly, killer fisherman. But it’s still a classic and will always rewatch it every spooky season. 4/5
. Poltergeist (remake)
I usually don’t like remakes and think they’re kind of unnecessary. But this one was decent, not scary at all. I do find the original poltergeist extremely spooky and will NOT rewatch it. Something about building a whole community on top of natives grave yards was just so disturbing And in my opinion the spirits had every right to be angry. 3/5
. The hills have eyes
I remember when the movie came out , I was in high school and I used to run from this commercial being played. Fast forward to my adult hood and it’s just a disturbing mid movie. but it does solidify that I never want to be stuck in the desert. 3/5 very gory and creepy, not scary.
I’m really enjoying my spooky movie fest this year and I’m really pushing myself so far, to watch new movies and rewatch movies .
