Welcome Back To the blog! Today I will be reviewing all the recent horror I’ve seen so far this year! From my absolute favorite to least favorite!

Let’s get into it……

Absolute blast from beginning to end, had so much fun with this one! And i keep saying it, but it was just so aesthetically pleasing to watch as well. I love a good slasher!

Heard so many mixed reviews on this one, I didn’t think I’d love it as much as i did! Never played the game or even heard of it, but the movie was super fun! Extremely gory and something I’d never seen before!

The acting was meh and so was the storyline. But the nostalgia and humor is what saved this movie for me. The group of friends actually seemed like a group of friends and the fed well off each other . We totally don’t need another one, but I’m sure they’re trying to reboot this franchise . So there’s that….

Very weird but very much Stephen king core! I don’t know what i expected out of this film but it definitely wasn’t what we got. A lot more humor than i imagined and way more gory than I anticipated!

Definitely wanted more HORROR from this movie . But the acting was incredible and totally saved this film. Just wish we went the more horror than thriller route.

This entire film made me mad. Went into it thinking it was gonna be scary and left super sad for the family ! It was way more emotional than scary and I don’t like when horror films do that! I came to be scared NOT cry!

Blumehouse is just on a disappointing road this year i fear. I wanted this to be so much more, but unfortunately it was just another emotional watch. Very good story telling and acting though. Just wanted more HORROR!
