Spooky Season is finally upon us and with that comes new horror films. Let’s talk about the recent horror films I’ve seen lately.
To start off this was a decent prequel and I fully enjoyed it. Even the little twist, read a few spoilers . But nothing could prepare me with how it was fleshed out. Cons: The actress is obviously an adult now and you can tell. But the movie production did its best with trying to trick us into believing she was still that little adult like child. It just didn’t read well every time. 4/5
This was a film that was picked randomly off of Netflix one day and I’m glad it was picked. I went in not having high hopes but was pleasantly surprised, the film ended up being a lot better than I thought. The ending was a little weak and I didn’t care much about the characters. But the acting was decent and I enjoyed the premise of knowing when you’re going to die. Even thought i personally would have hated it. 3/5
Without giving any thing away, immediately go see this film. It’s definitely not what you think it is, and I loved the way the story was played out for the audience. Because you never really knew what was going on or where it was about to go. 5/5
